After carefully studying these scrolls for 100 hours, you learn two new constellations you can embody in your Starry Form.
- Constellation: Eagle: You gain 10 feet of walking speed, and opportunity attacks against you have disadvantage. At level 10, you have advantage on Stealth and Athletics checks while in this form.
- Constellation: Hammer: Your AC becomes 13 + your Wisdom modifier unless it is already higher, and you can use a bonus action to make a melee spell attack that deals 2d6 + wis radiant damage. At level 10, you can attack twice with this bonus action.
Only a Druid of the Circle of Stars can gain the benefits of this item.
