This magical spyglass contains the eye of a spellstorm elemental whose chaotic magic has been tamed by powerful enchantments. The spyglass tube is made from gleaming mithril inscribed with geometric scrollwork, and can extend to increase the magnification level.

- You gain a +1 bonus to your spell attacks and spell saving throw DC.
- You learn the Arcane Jolt cantrip. When you deal damage with it, you can trigger Sneak Attack, provided all other prerequisites are met.
- When you look through the spyglass, you perceive things within 1 mile as if they were only 100 feet away
Awakened
- The bonus to your spell attacks increases to +2.
- You can add your spellcasting ability modifier to the damage dealt by Arcane Jolt.
- You can cast Detect Magic and Silent Image at will.
- While you look through the spyglass, you have advantage on Perception checks you make that rely on sight.
Exalted
- The bonus to your spell save DC increases to +2.
- Once per long rest each, you can cast Scrying and Spellstorm through the spyglass.
- While you look through the spyglass, you have darkvision out to a range of 300 ft and can see through magical darkness.
