This wand is a thin rod of clear runeglass, with a handle made from braided silver wire.
The wand has 9 charges, and it regains 2d4+1 expended charges when you finish a long rest. You can cast the Magic Missile spell by spending one or more of its charges, casting the spell at a level equal to the number of charges spent. You can also cast Magic Missile through the wand using your spell slots, even if you do not know the spell normally.
When you cast Magic Missile through this wand, each target struck by the spell takes additional damage equal to your spellcasting modifier. A creature only takes this damage once, regardless of how many bolts they are hit with.
If you use the final charge, roll a d20. If you roll a 1, the wand becomes a normal Wand of Magic Missiles.
