Quillstrider Quill

This enchanted quill is made from a single wing feather from a quillstrider. When it writes, it produces its own ink in a color of your choice. You can also speak a command word to animate the quill. While animated, it hovers above a suitable writing surface and transcribes every word it hears you speak until you speak the command word again.
