All creatures within a 15-foot sphere centered on a point within range must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, creatures are leashed to the point with glowing arcane chains of force. While the chains hold, the creature's movement speed is halved, and attacks against the target has advantage. If a creature moves or teleports beyond the radius, the chains snap, dealing 27 (5d10) force damage to the creature. A creature can also take an action to repeat the saving throw, ending the effect harmlessly on a success.
At higher levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the radius increases by 5 feet and the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 6th.
