You call down light from the heaven that diffracts around the target. Choose one of the following effects:
- Burning Light: One target within range is healed for 14 (4d6). Afterwards, all targets in a 10-foot Emanation from the target must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 7 (2d6) radiant damage.
- Refracting Light: One target within range makes a Dexterity saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) radiant damage on a failure. Afterwards, all targets in a 10-foot Emanation from the target are healed for 7 (2d6).
Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot: The initial effect increases by 2d6, and the secondary effect increases by 1d6, for each slot level above 3rd.
