You conjure a gushing beam of water in a 60-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in the line has to make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, they take cold damage and are pushed back 10 feet. On a success, they take half the damage and are not pushed back.
Before the spell ends, you can take a Magic action to create another beam of water.
Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot: The damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
