You blot out the light of the sun. The area within 1 mile of you is bathed in dim light, and no light in the area is considered sunlight, unless conjured by a spell of ninth level.
When this occurs, all creatures of your choice that can see you are overcome with feelings of dread and must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they are Frightened of you. A creature can repeat the save at the end of their turn, ending the effect on a success. You have advantage on attacks against creatures who are Frightened by this spell.
Additionally, while this spell lasts, you can use a Magic action to manifest a blast of void energy. You target a point within 120 feet. Each creature within 20 feet of this point must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 10 (3d6) necrotic and 10 (3d6) cold damage. On a success, they only take half as much. Targets who are Frightened of you have disadvantage on this save.
When this spell fades, it takes 2 (1d4) rounds before sunlight returns again.
