Poisonwood

A subtly magical wood, whose main characteristic is its capacity to be whittled in extremely fine shapes, including sharp edges. A blade is made from poisonwood leaves nasty wounds that fester easily. Poisonwood is known to grow in areas where the Shadowfell's influence is the greatest, such as planar crossings.
