Cordsap

Essence: Fire

Cordsap is made from boiling the sap of certain palm trees in a foul-smelling process. This transforms the sap from a sticky goo to long strands of elastic material that has many uses. The properties of the cords can be controlled with specific additives in the boiling process.

The trees that provide the raw material for cordsap grow in hot and humid climates, such as southern Iacaris or eastern Dostria. The people of these use cordsap for a variety of purposes, including making clothes, weapons, and household goods.
